Previously, Rick Singer served as Chief Engineer of the United States Senate, Democratic Communications Center and of Bell Atlantic Television, supervising the engineering, construction and maintenance of these facilities. His range of responsibilities included design of complex broadcast systems, procurement, technical supervision and training of operations staff.

Rick's articles have been published in television industry publications, and he has been been a guest speaker at industry conferences and conventions.

While at Fox Television Station WTTG-TV, Rick’s responsibilities included engineering, integration, and maintenance of television production studios, control rooms and post production edit rooms of America’s Most Wanted, Fox Morning News and the Ten O’Clock News.

Rick's academic credentials include a Baccalaureate degree with honors from New York University, and post-graduate Electrical Engineering at California State University.

Rick holds a First Class Radiotelephone License, and two senior level certifications from the Society of Broadcast Engineers.
