This page will give you a look under the hood of the message board engine.

All of our old messages are still posted, but to expand the ways we can put this to use for other functions, we've added several new forums.

Field Production, Screening Room and Repair Status have been consolidated into other forums.

Below are the options for dividing the board into categories.

What we can’t do is “re-order” the categories, but they can be consolidated, deleted and added as described below.

Defining Forums/Categories

You have the option of dividing your board into a maximum of 12 different forums/categories. Creating different Forums/Categories allows for a more organized grouping of messages for your users. To create a forum/category(up to 12), simply enter the names below. You can also specify the level of access(privilege) users will be allowed in each forum/category. "Privilege" indicates type of user access associated with a category. (Click Help link below for more info. on Forum/Category Privileges)
